Case Study

Rare Tumor Type - Jubilant Clinsys Inc. conducted a Phase II, multicenter, long-term treatment study in a population with a relatively rare cancer type. .. To accommodate the sponsor’s aggressive enrollment timeline, pre-study evaluations were conducted by phone to qualify and select sites. This allowed timely initiation of seven sites. Eligible patients were pre-identified by contacting surgical oncologists. Sites were ready to begin screening patients as soon as the site was activated, which was crucial since there was a delay due to a protocol amendment. The sponsor was very pleased with the efficiency of the start-up process.
