Experience levels vary depending on the position sought:
- Project managers have an average of 8 to 10 years of experience
- CRAs have an average of 5 years of monitoring experience and 10 years of therapeutic experience; nearly 90% are CCRA certified and more than 75% are nurses
- Statisticians have an average of 15 years of industry experience
- Data managers have an average of 8 years of experience
- Senior management ranges from 8 to more than 30 years of experience
